BioThis journal is, among other things, an attempt at therapy. A recent consult with a psychiatrist has made the case that I have social phobia disorder. So I'm using this journal as a step toward handling that condition.
I've used livejournal before. In fact, it's possible that somebody might recognize me. (Mum's the word if you do!) I've used this service mainly to rant, to blather, to offend on occasion. I hope to make more healthy use of it this time.
